Sasquatch King LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use sasquatchking.com or interact with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: we collect the contact information you give us so we can call you back and quote your project. We don't sell your data to anyone. Read on for the details.

Information You Give Us Directly
When you fill out our contact form, request an estimate, call us, or email us, you may share information such as:
- Your name (first and last)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Project address or general location
- Details about your project, timeline, and budget
- Any other information you choose to include in a message
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider's server logs may automatically record basic technical information about your visit, including:
- Your IP address
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Pages you visited and the time of your visit
- The website you came from (referrer)
This information is collected for security, troubleshooting, and basic traffic analysis. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Cookies and Local Storage
Our website does not set tracking cookies of its own. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future (for example, Google Analytics or a privacy-friendly alternative like Plausible), we will update this policy first.
2. Third-Party Services Embedded on This Site
Some content on our site is loaded from third parties. When your browser displays that content, the third party may receive technical information about your visit (such as your IP address) under their own privacy practices:
- Google Fonts — loads typography (Google's privacy policy)
- OpenStreetMap — powers the service area map on our Contact page (OpenStreetMap's privacy policy)
If our contact form is later connected to a form-handling service (such as Formspree, Netlify Forms, or Web3Forms), that service will receive the form submission and is bound by its own privacy policy. We will update this section when that happens.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and provide a free estimate
- Schedule a site visit, consultation, or service
- Communicate with you about your project before, during, and after the work
- Send invoices, receipts, and warranty documentation
- Improve our services and respond to feedback
- Comply with legal obligations (tax records, building permits, insurance claims, etc.)
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only when it is necessary to do the work or comply with the law:
- Subcontractors and trade partners we engage on your project (for example, an electrician or HVAC tech), and only the information they need to perform their portion of the work
- Suppliers for delivery of materials to your project site
- Service providers who help us run our business (such as payment processors, email or hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations
- Government or legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety
- A successor business in the event of a sale, merger, or transfer of our company
5. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable technical, physical, and administrative measures to protect the information you share with us, including:
- HTTPS encryption on our website
- Password-protected business email and project management tools
- Access limited to the people who need it to do the work
No system is perfectly secure. If we ever become aware of a breach involving your information, we will notify affected customers as required by applicable law.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:
- Inquiries that don't lead to a project: retained up to 24 months in case you come back to us
- Active and completed project records: retained for the longer of (a) the warranty period of the work, or (b) the period required for tax, insurance, and legal purposes — typically 7 years
- Server logs: typically retained for 30-90 days by our hosting provider
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See "Your Choices" below.
7. Your Choices
- Don't share what you don't want to. Only the fields marked required on our contact form are required.
- Ask us what we have on file. Email Sasquatchking77@gmail.com and we'll share what we have.
- Ask us to correct or delete it. Same email. We will comply unless we are legally required to keep the records (e.g., active warranty, tax records).
- Opt out of follow-up communication. Reply to any email or text from us and ask to be removed, or call us at (810) 937-6555.
8. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adult homeowners and property owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Marketing and Communications
If you contact us, we may follow up about your inquiry, your project, or related services we offer. We do not send mass marketing emails or text blasts. You can opt out of any non-essential communication by replying or calling us.
10. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no industry agreement on how to honor it, we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We do not, however, run third-party advertising trackers regardless of your DNT setting.
11. Out-of-State and International Visitors
Sasquatch King LLC is based in Michigan and serves customers in Southeast Michigan. Our website is operated from the United States. If you visit our site from outside the U.S., be aware that your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our business or applicable laws change. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page.
